CITYSCAPE EGYPT DRAWS RECORD BREAKING VISITOR NUMBERS
The 6th edition of Cityscape Egypt draws to a close today (April 3rd), after a successful four-day run, featuring new project launches, and a multitude of real estate opportunities.
3rd April 2017, Cairo, Egypt: Cityscape Egypt, the country’s largest real estate exhibition, attracted a record number of visitors looking for their next real estate opportunity at this year’s event.
The four-day show draws to an end today (April 3rd) after an immensely successful run at the Cairo International Convention Centre. The massive uptake in visitor numbers compared to last year’s event is evidence of a steady recovery in the market, with many Egyptians turning up in droves to avail their next real estate investment in Egypt’s prime areas and to capitalise on the special promotions and discounts at the show.
The show has grown close to 10%, with this year’s event emerging as the largest in the show’s history, selling out all halls.
“As the curtain falls on our 6th chapter of Cityscape Egypt, we’re incredibly pleased with the way visitors have responded to this year’s event,” said Tom Rhodes, Exhibition Director at Cityscape Egypt. “The turnout is evidence that real estate remains a top priority for many Egyptians, even in the most challenging of times; Egyptians understand that real estate can provide them with the security and high returns they require, with the least amount of risk.”
This year’s Cityscape saw Minister of Housing, Moustafa Madbouly, inaugurate the show on day one.
With one day remaining before the show closes at 10pm today, visitors can still avail a multitude of real estate opportunities.
