House of four elevations above ground covering an area of approx 38 square meters per floor for a total surface of about 152 square meters. The house is located in the historical center of Palazzo Adriano. The ground floor consists of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. On the first floor there is a living room and a large balcony. On the second floor there is a bedroom, a closet and a bathroom. The third floor has a storage room and a panoramic terrace. Palazzo Adriano is a town of about 2300 inhabitants located in the province of Palermo, just over 80 km from the regional capital, and has a wealth of historical and cultural heritage. In fact, the town was one of the centers where the Albanians took refuge, fleeing from the Turkish advance to the East, sought shelter in the Sicilian region, and settled here in the 18th century. Today, the Albanian minority remains, if not the language, at least an important influence in religious costumes. It is here that the unique presence of a double Christian rite, the Latin one and the Greek-Albanian, follow the Roman and Orthodox liturgy respectively. Cinema has also been able to appreciate the beauty of Palazzo Adriano through the famous and Oscar award winning film Nuovo Cinema Paradiso di Giuseppe Tornatore, made in 1988. The film's realization and success, as well as involving the inhabitants as extras, has also greatly increased tourist influx.
