Picturesque development land (692 sq.m.) in the beautiful architectural reserve Staro Stefanovo, about 5 km from Sofia-Varna road - a true oasis of tranquility and clean, picturesque nature, a perfect place for recreation and tourism. In the area are found Thracian village mounds, remnants of a Roman fortress, old Byzantine road.
